Hi. I'm Andre.
This time, I became letters.
I'm a character born at Studio JT.
But then JT started its second renewal,
and said it would be nice if our letters had faces of their own.
That's how a font named after me was born.
Andre Font.
My name is on it, so I was a little picky.
A bit rounder.
A bit chubbier here.
Wait, isn't this too squished?
We rolled a stroke, tightened the spacing,
lined them up, then polished them again.
Standing in a neat row, yet each with a slightly different face.
Keeping the hand-drawn rhythm, but easy to read.
Up close, they're plump.
Read all the way through, surprisingly soft.
Letters made for JT's new look.
Now I have a little more to say.
